Today I stopped at strouhal in hungerford texas to get my tires balanced. The lady with dark hair and glasses was so very nice. I'm a widow of just 2 months, and this has been very rough time for me. The man that balanced the tire was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and why he did it. He never talked down to me. And that was what was happening to me at discount tires.
